On 1-15-2004 at 2020 hours, Philadelphia Police Major Crimes Division, Bergen County NJ Prosecutors Office and US Marshall's acting on a tip set up a surveillance of a residence in Philadelphia. Blane David Nordahl drove to the location and entered the property and was arrested by police.
