Case Details:
The pictured person entered the Sovereign Bank, walked directly to the teller and told her he had an explosive device. He demanded $500.00 and then fled the scene. He was described as a white male, about 5'10" thin build wearing yellow hooded raincoat, beige shorts, work boots. He was also described as having blotchy skin "coffee stained" on hands and face.
