Case Details:
Unknown African female stole credit cards from victim while victim was at Panera Bread. Suspect quickly used the cards to purchase gift cards. It appears the suspect then drove to the Philadelphia area. This unknown female may be associated with other cases (Northborough MA and Westbrook ME)
