Case Details:
The above suspect was arrested during an operation on US Rt1 in Ipswich. He was indicted by an Essex County Grand Jury for distribution of class B subsequent offense. He made all of his court dates, until he found out ICE was there to pick him up. He left the court house, and has not been seen since.
Doriel Rivera was taken into custody by Patrolman Matt Ziev of the Rowley Police on Thursday 08/04/2011.
