The above suspect was arrested and convicted under the name Roberto Batista for Possession Of a Class B drug (cocaine), in June of 2008. He was sentenced to probation. After an investigation involving Immigration and Customs Enforcement his true name was discovered, and warrants where issued for False name to a Police Officer, False Motor Vehicle Document, and Misleading a Police Investigation. He may also be using the name Ray Soto.
