On Tuesday, March 20, the male in the photograph entered the Target store in Seekonk. While in the store he followed a group of juvenile females around the store for approximately twenty minutes. The suspect exits the store and waits in the parking lot, once the juveniles exit the store he follows them to their vehicle. The suspect then stood beside the victim's vehicle, pulled his pants down and began to masturbate. Once confronted he fled the Target parking lot on foot and out of view of the camera. The victims described the suspect between 5'5 and 5'6, scruffy facial hair. All three described the suspect as a Hispanic or Latino. The victims confronted the suspect he spoke broken English with a Hispanic accent.
