On Friday January 4th, 2019 NAPD took a report from a victim whose 2018 Toyota RAV4 black bearing RI ZO657, was stolen that morning in Providence. The victims wife's credit card, which was left in the vehicle, was then used at the North Attleboro Target to purchase Apple products and a $300 gift card. The total purchased was $852.46. The video from Target shows the suspect is a small female, possibly Asian, wearing a hat and hood, a blue vest, possibly a white sweatshirt with one white sleeve and one yellow sleeve, green khaki type pants.
