Phone Scam - Florida victim received call and threatened with arrest unless he purchased $3000 in Target gift cards. Victim purchased cards and provided card numbers and access codes. Within minutes Apple purchases were made at Westwood, Plainville, and Burlington Target stores. Looking to identify these subjects.
