Victim had wallet stolen from her office at Paychex, located at 120 Presidential Way, Woburn.

Suspect proceeded to Target Department Store on Commerce Way, Woburn and used victim's Discover card to fraudulently charge $800.00 worth of prepaid phone cards.

Pictures from surveillance photos were shown to Paychex employees and receptionist recognized suspect as party who was in fact in the Paychex building on 02/01/2005.

Same suspect observed by Loss Prevention officers in Target (Woburn) on 02/09/2005. She again purchased approximately $3100 worth of merchandise using a stolen credit card from Boston. The name on the stolen credit card was Alan Basiliere. His wallet was stolen from his business office on 02/08/2005. Suspect also used stolen Basiliere credit cards at Kohl's (Salem, NH), Target (Revere), and Stop and Shop (Somerville) on 02/09/2004. Identity of suspect still unknown. Suspect is described as a 25-35 yo black female with black hair. She appears to be wearing a dark colored (black) business suit and white button down shirt underneath.

Suspect MV was captured by surveillance cameras at Target. Suspect MV appears to be green in color. Model and make unknown but possibly might be a Chev Camaro/Firebird or Dodge Intrepid.
