One and/or two Hispanic males entering numerous NH State Liquor Stores purchasing high end products (Cognac, Johnny Walker blue) using fradulent credit cards. These credit cards are American Express, Visa's and Mastercards. Most purchases exceed $1,000.00. On all transactions the magnetic strip of the credit card does not work.

We believe these subjects are skimming the credit card numbers out of state and then manufacturing counterfeit cards. The names Juan Cruz and R Perez have been embossed on these credit cards.

Suspect apprehended on a traffic stop by NHSP had in his possession falsely manufactured cards along with stolen liquor and other stolen items. The suspect was postively identified as: Rayner J. Herrera from the Bronx,NY. Herrera is facing federal indicment in New Hampshire for the thefts he allegedly committed. Thanks to Portsmouth NH PD, US Secret Service NH Ofc. and Lawrence MA PD for their assistance in the apprehension of Herrera.
