Suspect pictured is John Binienda 09/18/71. Mr. Binienda broke into a house and removed a credit card that belonged to the home owner. The card was utilized through out Worcester, Shrewsbury, and Southbridge for cash advances totalling $5000. Mr. Binienda refuses to turn himself in. Attempts by police to apprehend him have returned with negative results. He has ties to Worcester, Shrewsbury, Lynn, Malden, Boston and Gilbertville. Currently he has three active warrants in the system for his arrest. Status change, 2/28/05, Mr. Binienda is currently in custody.
