On 3/21/05 and 3/22/05, there were two motor vehicle breaks in parking lot on Rt. 117 near Concord line.

On 3/21/05 the break occurred between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm. Entry into the vehicle through rear window. A "Lancome" bag with credit cards, cash and driver's license were taken. The credit cards were used in Waltham at Victory Market and Exxon Mobil. Cigarettes and batteries purchased for total of $209.05. These photos were taken from Victory Market video. No video from Exxon Mobil. Male suspect described as being approx. 6' tall, thin build, short hair, wearing dark colored sweatshirt and baggy blue jeans. Only info on female is image on photo. No vehicle info at this time.

As a result of information be received by Carlisle Police Department, Lincoln PD was able to stop a white Ford Econoline Van as it left the location of our car breaks on 3/21/05 and 3/22/05. The owner of the van granted consent to search. Located inside was evidence linking a Mr. Stephen Dupont of Watertown this case. He was arrested by this department and later made $300.00 cash bail. The female suspect identified, but no charges have been filed against her at this time. Dupont was a delivery driver for Lyons Enterprises and was making deliveries to many towns in this area.
