A stand alone ATM located at the intersection of South Willow Street and March Avenue was compromised between March 10, 11, 12 and 14 with the use of a skimming device attached to the door release. The captured credit/debit information was later used to withdraw a large amount of funds in the Massachusetts area.

Suspect with no hat was identified as IOAN EMIL CODARCEA, DOB 12-13-1969 of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He was identified by Det. Steve Blair of the Boston Police Dept. who is working other cases involving CODARCEA. He has been arrested and is currently in federal custody.
