Hispanic male, approximately 20-25 years of age. Male approaches clerk and purchases a portable play station PPS unit for $250. Male supplies clerk with 3 separate one hundred dollar bills. Bills initially passed counterfit pen swipe test. Bills serial later show counterfit and serial numbers show a large network of similar bills passed at other KMART stores and other large dept stores. Bills of very high quality according to US Secret Service. Serial #'sAH30323958A AG82148985A AH30323963A.

(Note: Counterfeit detector pens do not work, they are set off by starch. The secret service has been unable to document any actual counterfeit bills being detected by them. However, they do detect bills that have been run through the washing machine - Lt Hoban)
