Suspect is wanted by Salem Police for the robbery of the Eastern Bank, 19 Congress Street (Pickering Wharf) this date. Suspect entered bank and showed a note reading “give me all your 50’s and 100’s, don’t look at me and you won’t get hurt”. Suspect has distinct tan lines on left wrist where a watch had been worn and removed prior to robbery. Bank films show suspect pulling opening door by hooking his wrist through the door handle and being cautious not to touch any surfaces. Used the leather folder to push the exit bars on the door when leaving. Logo on hat is believed to be Acushnet Golf. Suspect: White male, 5’06”-5’08”, Medium Build, About 40 Y.O.A., Short light colored hair. Wearing: Yellow short sleeve button down shirt, untucked, logo or item in left breast pocket, olive green pants, black shoes, khaki BB hat with blue brim, red logo and writing, sunglass on hat. Suspect carried a worn brown leather document folder which looked like a deposit bag. Leather strap on zipper.
