Victims wallet was stolen by depicted Blk female from an office building in Needham. Suspect well dressed in business attire entered office area and stole victims wallet from her cubical. W/F accomplice identified as Peggy Marcelino then used credit cards at Staples in Needham and Natick. Marcelino was arrested by Natick PD however B/F eluded capture. B/F suspect was wearring a wig at the time of theft that was recovered by Natick Detectives. B/F has been active in Salem NH, Revere, Somerville, Woburn, Newton, Boston, Natick and Needham. Suspects were operating a Blk Chevrolet Trail Blazer Ma.Reg. 5355YM Registered out of Revere.
