While the vicitm was having dinner at Conrads Pub her purse was stolen from the back of her seat. The suspect then went to the Quincy Stop & Shop and purchased a number of $50.00 gift cards. Several days later another purse was stolen from Napper Tandys Pub, which is located around the corner from Conrads. Believed to be same suspect.
