On Thursday August, 25, 2005 at approximately 1159 hours the suspect entered the Sovereign Bank on RT 135 at the corner of Union Street. The suspect approached the teller and pushed a doubled lined white plastic shopping type bag with handles through the teller's window. The suspect told the teller that "this is a robbery" and demanded that the teller put money in the bag. The suspect then fled the bank on foot running south from Rt. 135. The suspect; a white male 21 to 30 years of age, approx. 5' 10" 140 to 160 lbs dark shaggy like hair, with facial hair (long side burns and patch in chin) unknown on eyes, wearing dark colored jeans, dark colored t-shirt and baseball hat w/Bradford Fighting Squirrels logo on it.

On Friday Oct 2, 2005 the Natick Police Department arrested Patrick Clougher (Natick resident) for the bank robberies of two Natick banks, BankNorth (08/25/05) and the Sovereign Banks (09/26/05).
