On 08/27/05 at approximatley 0127 hrs. a large black male suspect entered Cumberland Farms Convenience Store located at Washington St in South Attleboro Ma. Suspect selected items from within the store, and informed cashier he wanted the items for less than listed price. The cashier then refused, as the suspect exited the store and entered his vehicle in the parking lot. Suspect then returned to the store and informed the cashier he had a gun. The cashier then allowed the suspect to take the items.
