Subject asked sales clerk about a TV and was later observed opening the box. Subject told not to open box and began to wander about the store. Subject was later observed exiting the store with a large bag that he did not have earlier. A sales clerk checked the TV box and found the 20 inch, Olevia LDC TV missing. Subject confronted outside the store and argued with store manager before fleeing with second unknown male. The suspect was identified by numerous agencies as a James Tilton.
