Victim was at Ballys Fitness in Medford and his locker was opened and credit cars were taken. and used a short time later at Radio shack in Saugus and the following day at the Rockingham Mall in Salem, NH. Images of the suspect were captured at Radio Shack. Susp is using a stolen ID in the name of Jean Joel Fils. Mr. Fils was in terviewed and cleared in the case.
