Suspect called in order of $500 worth of tools on 11-16-05 and gave victim's stolen debit/credit card number over the phone. Victim has never been out of possession of his card. On 11-18-05 suspect(s) went to the store and picked up the merchandise. Suspect described as white male with black hair and beard wearing light brown work jacket and light blue winter hat. Suspect arrived and left in a silver Ford Ranger extended cab pick up truck. Victim's card numbers were also used at Milford Lowe's in simialr fraudulent transaction.
