Victim's vehicle was broken into at Bally's North Providence, RI. Credit cards were removed from wallet and used to purchase gift cards at Target, Best Buy, Wal-Mart and Game Stop. All stores are located on Rte 6 in Seekonk, MA. Three males were captured on surveillance video from Target purchasing the gift cards and exiting the store.
