Three suspects (one male, two female) opened line of credit at Target under the names of the victims. Male suspect then proceeded to purchase $500 worth of Target gift cards. The female suspects attempted to purchase over $700 worth of merchandise but abruptly left merchandise in checkout line after receiving a phone call.

Loss Prevention followed suspects and observed them get into a silver 2005 Acura SUV, bearing Massachusetts plate #73HX32. A query showed that the vehicle is leased to Cleomara Goncalves (DOB 03/25/77), who address is listed as 34 Fuller Street, Brockton, MA.

All three suspects have been positively identified. The male suspect is identified as Anthony Lightfoot. He is presently being held in Rhode Island on similiar offenses. He has active arrest warrants in WMS. The thin female suspect is identified as Tonja Hall. She is not in custody and presently there are several outstanding warrants in WMS issued for her arrest. The heavy set feamle is identified as Mandysia Armand, who resides in New Bedford. She is usually accompanied by Tonja Hall.

Detective Blair from Boston PD reports Tonja Hall has been arrested.

Mandysia Armand has been summonsed, there are several warrants out at the moment.
