Subject male is approximately 5'11" - 6'01", medium build, balding, middle aged, with a trimmed white beard. He entered the building wearing black gloves and a black skull cap, which he removed and placed in his left rear pants pocket. He is shown wearing a unusual grey quilt patterned coat with black collar and black stretch wrist cuffs, light colored collared shirt, jeans and black boots, and carrying a black courier bag.
