On Thursday, March 2nd, a 47-year-old Fall River man, stated that he received a call at his business from "Ted," who claimed to be his UPS deliveryman. "Ted" offered the man three Pioneer Plasma televisions for $5100. The Fall River man agreed to the deal and went to the Sears customer pickup area where "Ted" told him they would meet. The victim called a prearranged telephone number and spoke with "John" who told him to pull up to the customer pick up area where "John" met them. Once there, "John" collected the $5100 and handed over a discontinued Sears receipt for the three televisions. "John" then stated that he would return with the televisions, but was never seen again. "John" is described as a white male in his late 30's, 6' tall, and 200 pounds with short black hair. He was wearing black pants and a black shirt. This person was also identified as the same person viewed inside Sears on February 21st, when a Providence, RI man was bilked out of $3500.

The pictured subject has been identified as Richard Cabral of Somerville and Woburn. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Mr. Cabral has been arrested and is currently serving time.
