while travelling 128 NB in Lexington, suspect vehicle pulled up behind victim with flashing headlights hi-low, made the victim pull over. WM approached the operator stated he was an off-duty PO, no ID shown, verbally removed the victim from the vehicle. Second suspect entered victims vehicle, drove approx 2 miles up the road along with the victim and other suspect. In lot, one suspect searched the vehicle while the other searched the victim. $280 cash taken from victim's wallet.

Suspect 1described as WM, 40-45YOA, 5'8-5'9, 180llbs, brn eyes brn hair flat on top "crew cut" stlye. Square face, dark "italian" complexion, red sweatshirt bearing a yellow emblem on the back possibly a truck or crane.

Suspect 2 WM, 35-40YOA, 5'9 230llbs, "very pudgy" with a "big gut", lgt brn med length wavy hair.

Vehicle desription blue nissan, "newer looking", with a GPS screen seen in the dash console. No plate seen.
