Three subjects enter service plaza. Two subjects enter rear office area wearing ski masks. One of them shows a handgun to McDonald's manager who is counting day's receipts. These two subjects instruct employee to disable cameras, and disarm rear door alarm before fleeing into rear lot. Third subject remains in plaza common area as lookout. This subject appears to be a white male approx. 6'00" & 240-260 lbs. He is wearing black cap, black jacket, jeans and black boots. Actions of subjects indicate intimate knowledge of floor plan and security procedures.
