On June 01, 2006 at approximately 8:00pm a Newport School Department maintenance employee parking his vehicle was car jacked, seriously assaulted, and robbed of his wallet, keys & vehicle bearing RI Reg# VK-64, a 2001 Nissan Sentra, color Silver. Hours later, this pictured suspect was captured on surveillance video in 7-11 stores in both Cranston & Providence, Rhode Island presenting a credit card and identification belonging to the victim. On June 02, 2006 the victims cedit card was utilized in Andover Massacusetts at a gas station. CAPTURED: On June 19, 2006 the stolen vehicle was located in Portland Maine. Subsequent investigation by Portland and Newport Police Detectives led to the arrest of wanted Fugitive John M.
