A white male suspect, approximately 5'8"-6' tall, 20-30 years old, with dark hair, a neatly trimmed full beard, wearing a Patriots baseball hat, a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and dark colored sneakers with light colored soles, walked into the Santander Bank located at 71 Main St., in Andover, stated "I don't want to do this, I don't want to do this" and passed a white envelope demanding money from the teller.
