WM 5'6" - 5'8", med build, late 30's to early 40's, blonde/light hari color, possible mustache wearing blue jeans, white t-shirt, work boots, baseball style cap with red brim and the words NEMA across the front (hat recovered at scene). suspect appraoched teller and made small talk before walking over to work station where he prepared a note on the back of a deposit slip. Presented the note to male teller. No weapons alluded to or shown. Suspect fled on foot to the rear of Stop and Shop and possibly into an awaiting mv. Hat recovered on scene in mulch bed to the rear of Stop and Shop.

Suspect identified as Philip Campanirio, DOB 12/21/66, of Taunton, MA. Campanirio was arrested on July 9, 2006 by Attleboro, Mansfield and Plainville Detectives following a traffic stop on Rt. 140 in Taunton approximately 90 minutes following a bank robbery in Attleboro. Campanirio was wanted for robberies in Seekonk, Mansfield, Plainville, Attleboro and Pawtucket, RI.
