On November 18, 2002, the 13-year-old female victim was doing homework at a friend's home when Morris and his girlfriend convinced her to go to an apartment in Framingham. It was at this apartment where Morris and his girlfriend sexually assaulted the 13 year old girl, inlcuding forcibly raping her. Morris was later arrested but only after fleeing from police by jumping from a second floor balcony and running into the woods, where a K-9 dog found him.

In November of 2004, Morris was by tried in Middlesex Superior Court. Upon hearing the jury had reached a verdict, Morris fled from the courthouse. In his absence, the jury convicted him, finding him guilty of the following charges:

Forcible Rape of a Child (2 counts)
Rape of a Child (2 counts)
Indecent Assault and Battery on a Child <14 (3 counts)


Subject captured in New Orleans. Returned to Ma. Incarcerated.
