The pictured person entered the bank and approached the teller. He demanded money. He then became agitated and started to yell, "$100's and $50's, give me all the cash!" He was given some money, left the bank, got on a bicycle, and fled towards Arch St.

He is described as a white male, 6'0", thin build, bald, wearing a black,gray, and yellow baseball style cap with the logo covered with black tape, black sunglasses, a zip-up two-tone gray jacket, white shirt, black cargo style pants with a white stripe going down the side, an American flag on the right thigh, and black gloves.
