The pictured w/m subject entered supermarket and waited in bank line. Approached teller demanding large bills and threatening to shoot her. Clerk had difficulty hearing suspect and suspect displayed a note on bank deposit slip demanding large bills, and he had a gun. Suspect fled on foot to parking area with cash. Suspect vehicle possibly a newer shiny red Hyundai Accent with Mass plates covered in masking tape. Vehicle went towards Rt. 395. suspect is w/m 5'7 150 lbs, bleached blonde hair, distinct circular red scar the size of a nickel on his neck by Adam's apple area, weating blue ball cap, white button down long sleeve shirt, tan pants, dark sunglasses.

The subject has been identified as Jason Bachand DOB 07-03-1978. Bachand's last known address was 15 West Street Oxford, MA. The throat scar observed by witnesses during the robbery has been identified as Bachand's throat "dumbell" piercing. It is believed that Bachand removed the jewelery prior to entering the store/bank. The vehicle used in the crime a 2005 Chevrolet Aveo color red MA Reg# 43XB44 has been seized by the CSP. A arrest warrant for Bachand for Robbery First Degree and Larceny Second Degree. Extradition has been authorized for New England and metro New York. A court bond of $100,000.00 has been set.

Worcester, MA police arrested Bachand on 08-12-2006 for local charges and also charged him as a fugitive for Connecticut.
