The Rhode Island State Police Gaming Enforcement Unit is attempting to identify a male suspect that committed numerous gaming offenses at the Twin River Casino in Lincoln, RI. On Sunday, 7/17/2016, at approximately 8:00 PM, entered the casino and committed (8) eight casino gaming offenses. He is described as a light skinned African American male with black hair with an apparent skin pigmentation disorder on hands/fingers and face. The unidentified suspect's activities were confirmed on video surveillance but had already left the casino.
