On July 24, 2006 the victim and his son were swimming in the hotel pool. A family of four, a male about 13 years old and female about 9, mother and father’s age unknown were in the pool area at the time of theft. The 13 year old child stole the room card. A few minutes later the victim’s wife who was in the room received two calls from a female caller, to come to the front desk to sign some forms. On her return to the room her pocketbook was missing.
