Quincy Police Department Assault with a Dangerous Weapon Looking to ID Suspects On 09/01/2016 at 0130 Am two females were exiting Kelly’s Cellar bar located at 1546 Hancock St. Quincy, Ma. As they were driving away from the parking area they noticed two men of Irish Decent that they had been drinking with prior that evening approaching there vehicle. The two men approached the vehicle one of the men started banging on the passenger side window asking for a ride to a hotel. The females let the males into the car and started driving them to an unknown area hotel. At this point both of the men started to threaten the girls verbally. At some point one of the males wearing the red t-shirt held up a beer bottle and threatened to hit one of the females in the head with it. The female operator of the car then pulled the vehicle over to call police and both suspects fled on foot. I have attached a photo that one of the victims took with her cell phone of the male suspects for identification. Detective Edward P.
