On 8/25/06 at approximately 12:05pm, a suspect described as a white male, mid thirties, average build with high and tight military/LE type haircut and wearing glasses and blue t-shirt and blue jeans walked into Donelan’s Supermarket and purchased item with $50 dollar bill. Suspect pocketed $20.00 of change and told cashier she did not provide correct change. Cashier requested the assistance of a manager and suspect ran off without receiving any more money. Suspect recognized as being involved in identical scam on 8/9/06 in same store in Lincoln. Possible same suspect and/or accomplice involved in Pepperell incident whereby suspect attempted to pass an altered lottery ticket at their Donelan’s Supermarket and committed same flim/flam at convenience store. No vehicle info at this time.
