Two Hispanic males entered the Target Store, after spending eight minutes in the store, gained access to a glass display case taking twenty two I-Pods with an estimated value of approximately $5600.00.

First male described as, Hispanic male in his mid 20's 5’8” 170lbs., a short hair, mustache and goatee, there are numerous tattoos on both arms. This is Peter SANCHEZ. He has been arrested and is being held.

Second male 20 early 30’s, 6’0” and 280lbs. He has a shaved head, round face, mustache.

The second larger male noticing surveillance cameras attempting to distort face. The Larger male was observed concealing an object in his waistband prior entering the store. The larger male removed an object from his waistband after a failing attempt to pry open the glass door by the first male. After gaining access the two males concealed twenty I-Pods down the front of their pants.

The vehicle used was New York registration DSJ-3127 belonging to an Anthony Ellis of 2600 South Rd. Suite 44 Poughkeepsie, New York. The registration is issued for a tan 2001 Cadillac Deville. The description on the New York registration matched the vehicle seen on the store surveillance tapes.
