On Friday March 17, 2017 at 1425, Quincy Police were dispatched to the office at the Rosemont Apartments,790 Willard St. for a package theft. The officer spoke to the leasing agent who stated a resident left a message looking for a package that was to be delivered. The leasing agent checked security cameras and observed a theft of a package and a computer monitor from the lobby of 816 Willard St. on 03/16/2017 at 1938 Hrs. The suspect was a WM, mid to late twenties, 6'2, 250lbs reddish beard wearing a scaly hat remove the package and the computer monitor.
