Shoplifting at Target which took place on Wednesday 6/14/17 at 1645 hours. The suspect spent approximately 3 hours with a store clerk attempting to open an At&t account for 4 iPhones. When the store clerk walked away, the suspect left the store with two of the phones. Suspect is an African American male with short blonde dreadlocks, a dark beard, and thin framed glasses wearing a white V-neck t-shirt and blue shorts. Suspect MV is a dark colored 4 door sedan.
