On 10/13/06 the pictured suspect conducted a "flim-flam" scam at the Sears department store. Victim was contacted at his work and solicited to purchase two 50" Pioneer plasma televisions. Vicitm met suspect and paid $2000 cash, receiving a fraudulent receipt. Suspect directed victim to loading dock area to retrieve merchandise,which was never delivered. Suspect described as follows: w/m, 40-45 y/o, dark hair and clean shaven. The suspect committed the same scam in August 2006 at the same location, and is believed to involved in simialr incidents in other jurisdictions.

With the assistance of Cambridge PD, the suspect was identified as Kenneth Trapp of Everett, MA. Trapp was subsequently arrested on a warrant for this offense.
