Subject was in bank for 10 minutes. Subject stated she has cancer, and son is in the hospital with cancer and needs $5,300. No alarm or 911 call until leaving at 12:52 pm. Proceeded west on West Broadway. Verbally threatened a bomb and displayed an unknown device. SUBJECT INFO RACE: Dark skinned / Dominican SEX: Female HEIGHT: 5'1" WEIGHT: Medium build EYES: Blue AGE:30-45 years old CLOTHING: Red hat, black jacket, blue hospital scrubs, purple gloves, and black shoes with white walls and white laces. ADDITIONAL INFO: Subject appeared emotionally unstable and was crying. Possible EDP.
