The white male party entered Wal-Mart with an empty 32" flat screen tv box, he put the empty box back on the display and picked up another tv. He then brought that tv up to the customer service desk and attempted a return. The store questioned him when the serial #'s on his receipt did not match up with the one on the box. Before it was discovered that there was an empty box the customer left the store with the tv. The black male was the driver and seemed to act as a distraction.

The white male has been identified.
