On Tuesday 1/16/07 at 10:19pm FRPD responded to a shooting incident at 300 Amity St. apt#107. The victim, a 15 yr old male had been shot several times with a .22 caliber weapon. This victim passed in the early morning hours of 1/17/07. FRPD/ Major Crimes Divsion Detectives have obtained an arrest warrant for a male subject identified as KYRON GORHAM dob-9/11/1988 lka 162 Hall St. FR. This subject should be considered Armed & Dangerous and may be in the Dorchester area of Boston. Gorham has ties to FR, Boston and Pawtucket RI areas. KYRON GORHAM may be in the company of a male identified as SCOTT DAVIS dob- 11/2/1988. GORHAM is a black male 18yoa, 5'8, 160, blk/bro. nickname is "40 .cal" -- Davis is a white male approx. 5'4, 135, bro/blue nickname is "Scotty"- Mr. Davis is also wanted fro questioning at this time. One suspect has been arrested and charged with this offense.

Forwarded press report, confirmed with Fall River PD: Kyron "40-Cal" Gorham, 18, of Boston, was arrested while walking along a street in upstate New York sometime Tuesday afternoon

Scott David has been located in the city of Fall River.
