The suspect a black male with a large ponytail entered the store on 12/20/06 at 3:45PM and purchased a $500 gift card and an I-pod in the electronics department totaling $867.49. During that transaction the suspect attempted three separate Visa credit cards before the transaction was approved. The magnetic stripe on the card dit not match the face of the card, the face had the name N. Saunders.

The suspect then attempted to purchase two $500.00 dollar gift cards at the express registers 12/20/07 at 3:53 PM three separate Visa credit cards before the transaction was declined.

The gift card that was purchased at 3:45 PM was used in Valley Stream, NY Target Store on 12/22/06 by a black female where two purchases were made utilizing the total amount of the gift card $433.35 on 12/22/06 11:46 and$66.65 on 12/22/06 at 12:46.

On all of the transactions the name N. Saunders was the printed name on the card.
