This agency is investigating a credit card fraud incident which occurred at the Target Store at the Watertown Mall on 2/13/07. We are interested in identifying the black male and black female exiting the Target store. These individuals are suspects in a larceny of a wallet, where they used the victims debit card and made unauthorized charges in excess of $900 at Target and the Watertown CVS.
