On 3/2/19, following the larceny of the victim’s credit card, the CC was used that afternoon at Needham Garden Center in Needham, MA and then at GameStop in Waltham, MA by the suspect pictured. He was described as a white male, about thirty years old, about 5’10”, medium build, short dark hair, “salt and pepper” facial stubble, wearing a black Under Armour hoodie, dark pants, work boots, and a dark baseball hat. He made statements to Needham Garden Center employees which indicated that he needed to buy a snow blower for his landscaping/snow removal business and that he had ties to the Winchester, MA area,
