The pictured person saw a purse on the front seat of a parked SUV. He tried the passenger door, then entered the driver’s door of the car. He was surprised by two occupants still in the car in the back seat. He dropped the purse and walked into CVS. A second suspect was arrested at the scene. Suspect was confronted by victim. Suspect fled on foot into Worcester.
