Victim alleged that her boyfriend (Jason Boykins) forced her car off the road with the vehicle that he was driving. At roadside Boykins approached the victim with a gun in his hand and said "You see this", then proceeded to smash diever's window, as he did this the gun in his hand fired. After smashing the window, Boykins threatened to shoot the victim and forced her into his vehicle. Boykins took the victim somewhere in New Hampshire, threatened to kill her and himself, at some point Boykins brought victim back to the Lowell area and released her, it should be noted that he threw the gun out the window during the return trip. Boykins whereabouts are unknown at this point, there is an active warrant in the system for his arrest.

Detective Blodjett reports that this party was captured in Nashua NH approximately 1 week after the report.
